Quadrant Gives Back

Quadrant believes in giving back to the community and supports many local organizations. The company is involved with the Richard Schulli Memorial scholarship and the sponsorship of children’s education in Nepal.

Nepal Education Sponsorship

During one of Derek’s trips to Nepal he met a man named Kumar Gutam who told him a story about a man in the village. The man injured himself while working as a porter for a climbing expedition and suffered serious injury and was unable to work. Consequently, he was unable to pay for his children’s education. Quadrant has decided to take on the funding for Ashok, the man’s seven year old son, and his sister’s education and will continue to do so until they have finished their studies. Unfortunately, the living conditions in Nepal do not allow many children to attend school. We believe that if we can make a difference in one family’s life, they can one day support the other children in the village and provide them with a similar opportunity.
